Sarah H. Sillitto

Sarah Sillitto joined Hatcher Stubbs’ litigation group in 2004. She received her B.A. in English, cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2001, and her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude, in 2004.

Sarah concentrates her practice in all aspects of school and education law, but also practices in the areas of contract disputes, misrepresentation and insurance defense cases. She is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts of Georgia for the Northern and Middle Districts, as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals and the State Supreme Court. Sarah is also a member of the General Practice & Trial, and Tort & Insurance Practice sections of the Georgia Bar Association.

In 2008, Sarah was recognized by Georgia Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the field of education law. This recognition is statewide and is given to only 2.5 percent of attorneys practicing in the State of Georgia. Sarah is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, and is a past President of the Columbus Younger Lawyers Division of the Columbus Bar. Sarah volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House of West Georgia, and the Wynnton Arts Academy.
